We collect as little information as possible, and only to answer your requests.
This policy follows Quebec’s privacy law (Law 25).
01What we collect
Only what you write in the contact form: your name, your email, and if you wish, your organization, your phone number and your project details (type, date, location, guests, budget, idea).
The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics.
02Why
To answer you, prepare a proposal and organize your event. We never sell your information or add you to a mailing list.
03Who sees it
Your messages are received by the Productions Cirque Estrie team (productionscirque.estrie@gmail.com).
04How long
As long as it takes to handle your request. If no project goes ahead, your information is deleted no later than 24 months after our last exchange. If we work together, we keep what the law requires for accounting.
05Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. Write to us: we answer within 30 days. You can also contact Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
